Compassionate, around-the-clock palliative and home base care for individuals facing life-limiting and life-threatening illness — and the families who walk that journey with them.
Palliative Care
Specialised care for people facing life-limiting and life-threatening illness — cancer, heart, lung or kidney failure, Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS and more. We focus on relieving pain and symptoms, easing stress, and supporting the whole family with empathy, dignity and the highest possible quality of life.
Home Base Care
Temporary relief for primary caregivers looking after a loved one with ongoing needs. Flexible in-home or short-stay options give caregivers a chance to rest and recharge, while their loved one is cared for with warmth and respect.
A community heart for Centurion
Centurion Care Centre, formerly known as Centurion Hospice, has been part of the Centurion community for many years. We are a place where people come together to give, receive and share care.
From our second-hand donation shop and equipment rentals, to events, Friends of Hospice and volunteer involvement — every part of what we do is rooted in supporting the people around us.
